Millennial horizontal tensile test machine adopts full digital force, displacement, speed, three closed-loop control in the test process, adopts Taiwan AC servo motor and control drive system, cooperates with Italy Haitec gearbox and Taiwan TBI precision ball screw to drive, to achieve the high-quality effect of transmission efficiency and SNR.

Mainly used for testing solar photovoltaic modules, adhesive products and other samples: precision mechanical tests such as tensile, peeling and tearing.

Large test platform

Meet the installation test of various specifications of battery chips of mainstream manufacturers in the current market. At the same time, it is optional to install an electric heating plate to meet the test under specific temperature conditions.

Anti-collision device

Unique sensor design enables ultrafine and normal force measurement on a single platform. Constant force measurement can be adjusted to adapt to hard or soft material surfaces. Ultra-low inertia design and small electromagnetic force control, to achieve accurate contact measurement without contact damage.

Test of multi-busbar modules

28-busbar tests can be carried out at the same time, which not only shortens the time for clamping and testing, but also saves a lot of labor costs and greatly improves the detection efficiency. The speed of testing the same cell can be at least 10 to 18 times higher than that of a single group test , fully meet the test requirements of mainstream 18-busbar, 16-busbar, 12-busbar, 9-busbar, 6-busbar cells in the existing market.

Well designed and tested detailed components

In many years of industry application practice, this equipment has carefully designed the installation and adjustment parts of the equipment test fixture and sensor.

Height of the test fixture can be adjusted to apply to the test of cells of different specifications.

Adjust the horizontal angle of the test fixture to obtain a suitable peel test angle for testing, which can be closer to the force direction in the actual application of the sample, and the data is more accurate.

Position of the vernier sensor is adjusted, and the adjustment is more convenient when changing the test type.

Special mini test jaw is easy to hold, and it is also suitable for small spacing stations,which can more conveniently hold short solder strip samples.
