Specially developed for clauses 10.11 and 10.12 of the IEC61215 standard. Includes providing stable DC, current recording, temperature recording and control functions, controlling the opening of DC power supply through temperature, and long-term real-time monitoring of multi-channel current and multi-channel temperature. Used in conjunction with the thermal cycling chamber, it can monitor the continuity of the internal circuits of multiple modules. Judging the fatigue resistance of materials, the rationality of lamination process, and the stability of welding quality of solar cell modules in high and low temperature alternating environments.

Features

•Using special heat dissipation channels to dissipate heat, avoiding the phenomenon of excessive temperature caused by long-term high-current heating, and ensuring long-term uninterrupted operation of the equipment

•Use a stable constant current power supply to avoid overload and power failure caused by high and low temperature alternating conditions due to unstable internal resistance of components

•Improve the single-channel current control function required in the standard, adopt the multi-channel current recording control function, realize the individual temperature control function of a single component, ensure that each component can meet the experimental conditions, and monitor each component under alternating high and low temperature conditions temperature performance

•Test data: support standard SECS/GEM protocol and RJ45 interface, provide open permissions and parameters. Equipped with mobile storage interface or communication interface (connected to the computer), the data collector can continuously record data for more than 1 year, and has functions such as data storage, deletion, saving, curve viewing, historical data query, etc.

•Equipped with 5N weights to apply tension during power-on
