Steady State Solar Simulator for Solar Cell uses xenon arc lamps that can simulate the full sunlight spectrum to reproduce the destructive light waves in different environments, which can provide the corresponding environmental simulation and acceleration test for the development and quality control of photovoltaic cells.
Meets the stability test stipulated by MQT09 and MQT19 in IEC61215 standard. The spot area reaches 1200*1000mm (applicable to 20 pieces of 230 cell) and the spectrum meets the BBA standard.
Functional Characteristics
Improve the existing process of the battery or to evaluate the durability of the battery after the change of composition. It can well simulate the change of the battery when it is exposed to sunlight under different environmental conditions.
•Spectral mismatch, irradiation inhomogeneity and irradiation instability shall meet at least BBA level standards.
•Irradiance range is 700 ~ 1100W/m²
•Irradiation area reaches 1200*1000mm
•Gold halide lamp can adjust the irradiation intensity of each light source or the overall irradiation intensity
•Irradiance control mode: manually set the lamp power or automatically adjust according to the set irradiation intensity
•Touch screen control, can set temperature, running time, cumulative radiation intensity parameters; When the running time/cumulative radiation amount is reached, the equipment will stop automatically
