Hail impact tester is a hail test equipment developed based on the MQT17 clause of the IEC61215 standard. It impacts ice balls of different diameters (artificially made ice balls are used to simulate hail) through air pressure, and hits the components at a constant speed to simulate the impact of hail weather on the components to verify the ability of components to resist hail impact.
Features
•Puck launcher is removable
•Puck is launched vertically
•Puck speed can be monitored with speedometer
•Launched by compressed air with adjustable pressure
•Configure a variety of fixtures to meet different structural components
•Ice puck launch point can be positioned by infrared rays
•Special ice hockey grinder to prepare the right size ice hockey
•Device has a waste hockey puck disposal tank
•Equipment has protective measures to prevent the puck from splashing
