Direct and efficient grid line measurement
Before starting to measure the grating, 3D Confocal Microscope needs to use optical microscope technology to disperse the white light into light of different wavelengths. When the object to be measured is located at a certain position, a beam of light of a specific wavelength will be sensed by the component through the focusing light path, there is a one-to-one correspondence between the wavelength of the received light and the displacement of the object. By calculating the wavelength of the focus of the measured light, the distance is calculated, and the specific data of the measured area of the grating line is obtained according to the analysis mode of the system software.

The general measurement process starts with a 10-magnification measurement in order to better focus on the grid lines of the photovoltaic cell. After the measured area is found, it can be switched to a 50-magnification strong noise suppression mode and a 100-magnification grating texture measurement mode. These two modes can intuitively see the grating of photovoltaic cells, thereby accurately capturing the roughness of photovoltaic cells.
Wide selection of images
After the measurement is completed, it will automatically jump to the analysis page. According to the page display, three types of images can be obtained: true color image, intensity image, and height image. These three types of images can be converted into 2D or 3D mode. The parameters in the image interface are displayed following the mouse position, and the screen size can also be adjusted manually.
Comprehensive measurement of line height and line width
In the line width and line height analysis interface, the number of section lines can be up to 48. Click on any section line, and the cross-section view of the section will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. According to the set height-width ratio parameters, standard values, and upper and lower deviations, Automatically perform ON/NG judgment. It will also display the width, height, cross-sectional area, and aspect ratio of the grid lines, as well as the width, height, cross-sectional area, and aspect ratio of the grid lines at 48 groups of sections.
Area analysis automatic measurement
After converting to the area analysis function interface, the system can automatically circle the edge of the grating and automatically calculate the surface area, volume, maximum width and minimum width of the grating in this field of view.
