Spectrophotometer - Provides Accurate and Stable Performance Evaluation
Spectrophotometer is a high-precision testing equipment used to measure the transmittance, reflectivity and absorbance of ITO films and various types of films and materials, thereby helping solar cell manufacturers to effectively evaluate the photoelectric conversion rate of solar cells. The equipment uses the most advanced four-zone segmented sector signal collection chopper. During the operation of the chopper, the sample and reference signals are separated and corrected by their respective black zone signals. This ensures that the most accurate detection data is obtained every time.
