Thin Film Material for Solar Cells—ITO Target Material
In 1950, the transparent semiconductor oxide In2O3 was made for the first time. This material has been widely used in transparent conductive films after doping with tin, and has broad prospects. ITO thin films have good optical and electrical properties. The UVN2800 spectrophotometer meets the needs of collecting reflectance and transmittance data of ITO thin films, and is widely used in the photovoltaic industry.
Photovoltaic Target Material
Photovoltaic target material is mainly used to prepare thin films required in photovoltaic cells. Taking the HJT cell as an example, there is a TCO thin film layer in the HJT cell structure, which plays an important role in light transmission and conductivity. Using physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology, ions and atoms on the surface of the target material are separated from the target material to form a transparent conductive film on the substrate.
ITO target material is the main sputtering target material of current solar cells. The transparent conductive film in the thin film cell is very important, and it undertakes the dual functions of light transmission and conduction. From the perspective of the advantages of ITO target material, indium tin oxide (ITO) is an N-type semiconductor material, which has the advantages of high electrical conductivity, high visible light transmittance, strong mechanical hardness and good chemical stability. Therefore, in the field of photovoltaics, the ITO thin film made of ITO target material has better optical and electrical properties.
From the perspective of the preparation process of ITO thin film, the resistivity of ITO thin film is not only related to the composition of ITO thin film material (including tin content and oxygen content), but also related to the process conditions of preparing ITO thin film (including substrate temperature during deposition, sputtering temperature, etc. emitter voltage, etc.).
Millennial Spectrophotometer
E-mail: market@millennialsolar.cn
At present, Millennial Spectrophotometer can fully meet the needs of collecting reflectance and transmittance data of ITO thin films in the full band of 300-1200nm, and is widely used in the photovoltaic industry.
Millennial Spectrophotometer can be used to measure material transmittance, reflectance and absorbance.
Millennial Spectrophotometer has a large photometric range (190-2800nm), through the Czerny-Turner double grating optical structure, effectively reduces astigmatism, and at the same time achieves high measurement accuracy, with a diameter of 100mm, optical polytetrafluoroethylene coating, and better reflectivity in the visible area than 99%, no yellowing, stable optical performance, and a new control, data processing software, the operation is more convenient.
