Gridline Measurement - Direct and Efficient
Millennial 3D confocal microscopes need to use optical microscopy techniques to disperse white light into different wavelengths of light before starting to measure grid line. When the measured object is located at a certain position, a beam of light with a specific wavelength will be sensed by the element through the focusing optical path. There is a corresponding relationship between the wavelength of the received light and the displacement of the object. By calculating the wavelength of the focal point of the measured light, the distance is converted, and the specific data of the measured area of the grid line is obtained according to the analysis mode of the system software.

The general measurement process starts with 10x magnification measurement, the purpose is to better focus on the grid line of the photovoltaic cell. In the line width and height analysis interface, the number of section lines can be as high as 48. Click any section line, and the section view of the section will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
