The Grid Width Measurement Guarantees the Qualification of the Process

The grid line width measurement can accurately calculate the grid line width, and measure whether the grid line in the whole solar cell is consistent with the grid line of the photovoltaic grid according to the width of a single grid line, so as to ensure the efficiency of conductivity.

You can place the solar cell on the upper left corner of the measurement whiteboard first, turn on the main lens, find the position of the grid line, and switch to 4 times the pixel, adjust the brightness and focus with the lens, and place the grid line in the middle of the interface. Click the function of measuring a straight line in a rectangular frame, use the left mouse button to select the first point on the left line, and press and hold down. Grab another line on the right side, and the operation is the same as above. After grid line 1 and grid line 2 are selected, click the function of constructing a straight line to automatically measure the width of the grid line of the photovoltaic cell.

When measuring the mark point, you need to adjust the lens to the 4 magnification and aim at the position of the mark point, select the circle frame measurement circle function in the measurement mode, and then click the outer black line frame of the mark point twice in the system software. And make the green circle on the black line frame coincide with the black line frame.
