This is why at Millennial Solar, we believe that high-quality training and complete, clear and accessible documentation are essential for the smooth and effective use of our products or services and therefore successful technology transfer. Increasing our clients' knowledge, capabilities and technical expertise is achieved through comprehensive on-site training programs conducted by experts from certified companies. For example, here is a brief summary of the training program for a photovoltaic cell production line:

1. Basic training for operators, including start-up and use of equipment, maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as basic knowledge of photovoltaic cell manufacturing, wafer transfer technology, interaction between equipment and use of process supervisors.

2. The training of production line supervisors (technicians) includes basic and advanced training in photovoltaic cell manufacturing, use of process supervisors, quality control procedures, advanced configuration procedures, personnel flow procedures and plans, advanced troubleshooting procedures, key performance introduction indicators, etc.

3. The training of the production manager includes the training of the above-mentioned production line supervisor and material value engineering, advanced manufacturing yiejavascript:void(0);ld analysis, inventory/WIP (work in process) control, scheduling, maintenance planning, advanced use of system data (transportation, process, monitoring) , techniques for analyzing key performance indicators, and analyzing overall equipment effectiveness.

4. The training starts from the start of the project and ends after achieving stable production. All personnel levels are trained (operators and technicians). Provide job descriptions for each process step and job descriptions/competencies for each employee level.
